How to use: Apply after cleansing, toner and moisturising and as for day time, apply after AM Belree Protective Day Cream. Take appropriate amount and apply to your face evenly, due to the thickness of the cream, so a small pump of the cream will do. 

As for body, you can apply right after shower and before leaving your home. For extra protection from the sun, you can add some sunblock because of our tropical climate.
